MONIQUE S. LARMOND began her career as a litigator and moved to Peterson & Price, APC in 2018, as an Associate Attorney with her primary focus in commercial real estate, including representing clients in business and real estate transactions, with an emphasis in contract drafting for commercial sales and leasing, low-income housing finance, business formation and operation of various types of business entities.
Ms. Larmond earned her Juris Doctorate with cum laude honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in May of 2017. While in law school, Ms. Larmond was the Managing Editor for the Thomas Jefferson Law Review. She also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable John A. Houston, a United States Federal District Court Judge. Additionally, Ms. Larmond volunteered with the Small Business Law Clinic where she received substantial client service and contract drafting skills.
Ms. Larmond earned her B.A. in Economics from the State University of New YorkBinghamton University and her M.S in Business Management with a concentration in Sports. Ms. Larmond is licensed to practice law in California. She is a committee member of the San Diego Lawyer’s Club, the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association, the Real Property Law Section of the San Diego Bar Association, and the National Bar Association. Ms. Larmond is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Ms. Larmond is a New York City native but in her free time, she enjoys exploring the beautiful city of San Diego and spending time with her friends and family.
